Where are your products made?
Our designs are developed with care and produced in small runs with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Is Mind The Mod a sustainable brand?
We believe sustainability starts with thoughtful design. By producing in small batches, using natural materials and deadstock fabrics, and creating long-lasting pieces, we aim to reduce waste and overconsption.

We care about both the environment and the well-being of our companions.

 

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog’s chest, neck, and back length before ordering. You’ll find a detailed size guide on each product page. If your dog is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

My dog is between two sizes. What should I do?
Size up. Our designs prioritise movement and ease rather than a tight fit.

Are your designs suitable for different breeds?
Yes. Our patterns are developed to suit a wide range of body types, from slim builds to broader chests.

 

Orders

Will I be charged in my local currency?
Our website displays prices in your local currency for your convenience. However, at checkout, all payments are processed in Turkish Lira (TRY).

The final amount is calculated based on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

What is iyzico? Is it secure?
iyzico is a Turkey-based international payment provider and is fully secure. You can easily complete your payment using your credit card.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
As a studio based in Istanbul, we currently ship to the UK and EU countries.

How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders from Istanbul with international delivery. Your order will usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. We’ll share tracking details with you so you can follow it every step of the way.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
We cover customs duties and shipping costs when sending your order. We do our best to ensure there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

The size doesn’t fit my dog. Can I return it?
As a small boutique brand committed to slow fashion and responsible production, we try to avoid unnecessary international returns. Instead, we offer our Keep It Credit option: you can keep the item and receive 50% store credit toward your next purchase.

There are no cash refunds and no need to ship the piece back. This helps us protect hygiene standards, reduce transport impact, and stay true to our values.

If there is a fault or issue with the product, we will of course make it right and accept a return.

Keep It Credit is offered once per customer and reviewed case by case.

 

Comfort & Materials

Are your products comfortable for everyday wear?
Yes. Comfort is central to our design process. We use breathable natural wool, soft cotton linings, and lightweight construction to ensure freedom of movement.

Why do you use wool for dogwear?
Natural wool helps regulate body temperature, keeping dogs warm without overheating. It is breathable, durable, and well suited to changing weather conditions.

Is the leather real?
Yes. We use vegetable-tanned genuine Italian leather, chosen for durability and the way it develops character over time.

 

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for Mind The Mod products?
Dry cleaning is always the safest way to preserve the quality and structure of our fabrics.

Some washing machines offer delicate or wool programmes that may provide sufficient care, but we recommend proceeding with caution and at your own discretion.

Care instructions are always included on the product page.

 

Availability

Are your products limited edition?
Yes. We produce in small batches to maintain quality and reduce waste. Once a design is sold out, it may not return.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some designs may be restocked, while others remain limited. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

Can I stock Mind The Mod in my store?
Of course — we’re always open to wholesale partnerships, depending on availability. As a small-batch brand, our stock is limited, but we’d be happy to hear from you.
