1. About Us
Mind The Mod is a luxury dog accessories brand operated by Deniz Yenihayat Kıvanç, a sole trader registered in Turkey. Our products are designed and produced in Turkey and shipped internationally.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through mindthemod.co. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply and are not affected by any provision of these terms.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer in the EU, your rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, apply and are not affected by any provision of these terms.
Consumers in other jurisdictions retain any statutory rights afforded to them under their local law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Products
All Mind The Mod products are handmade in limited quantities using premium materials including genuine wool, Buttero leather, and natural cotton. Product descriptions, materials, and sizing information are provided on each product page.
Due to the handmade and limited-run nature of our products, availability may vary. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website in your local currency for reference purposes. Please note that all transactions are processed in Turkish Lira (TRY) at checkout. The final amount charged may vary slightly from the displayed local currency price due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment processing.
Payments are processed securely via iyzico. Mind The Mod does not store your payment details.
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs and customs duties are covered by Mind The Mod — there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
A product is no longer available
We are unable to process payment
There has been a pricing or product description error
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Istanbul. Your order will usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we will share tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping costs and customs duties are covered by Mind The Mod. We do our best to ensure there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@mindthemod.co and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns & Cancellations
7.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mindthemod.co with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7.2 Keep It Credit — Our Preferred Alternative
As a small boutique brand committed to slow fashion and responsible production, we would like to offer you an alternative to international returns whenever possible.
Instead of returning your item, you may choose our Keep It Credit option: keep the product and receive 50% store credit toward your next purchase. This approach helps us reduce transport impact and stay true to our values.
Keep It Credit is offered once per customer, is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and does not replace your statutory right to a full refund. It is entirely optional.
To request Keep It Credit, contact us at info@mindthemod.co within 14 days of delivery.
7.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@mindthemod.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate under applicable consumer protection law. Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by Mind The Mod.
8. Product Care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your Mind The Mod items:
Woollen, water-repellent, and voile cotton products: dry clean only
Leather products and accessories: clean with a damp cloth
Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under our returns or faulty goods policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on mindthemod.co — including product photography, brand assets, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Mind The Mod. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mind The Mod’s liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the right to benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country.
UK consumers may also seek resolution through UK alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
